Evangelist Zapp specializes in speaking to and dealing with “borderline” gang members as well as “gang members”, drug addicts, convicts and x-convicts. He is a frequent speaker to groups such as the California Youth Authority Institutions, Universities and our Apostolic Churches. Minister Zapp has proven an effective “street” ministry assisting in his community with outreach programs and counseling youth “at risk”. He is committed to serving families and youth within the United States. Minister Zapp is currently a member of Stockton #1 with Pastor Abner Arias.
