of National Missions and an established national
church and/or the National Missionary and
the indigenous church

An Aid in building congregations within the
parameters of the Six Building Blocks corresponding
to the Indigenous Church.
3)
Not a missionary nor autonomous to work as
a "Nomad" style of ministry
4)
Mobile but accountable to the Department
and to the National Missionary with which
the Evangelist may be working directly with
or even when working with one of the indigenous
pastors under the National Missionary's jurisdiction
